The following terms reflect how we design, produce, and deliver our products—with an emphasis on quality, material honesty, and clarity.

For bulk or special orders, please contact us directly. We are happy to work with designers and the hospitality industry! We can provide quotes for commercial and residential projects, as well as rental programs.

Intended Use

The Plate Table (R) is designed to be used with a standard 8 to11 inch glazed ceramic or porcelain plate only. Please test for compatibility before use.

When installed properly, plates should be able to remain securely in place and be removed with no damage to the plate.

The Plate Table (R) is designed for residential and light commercial environments. Proper use and care are expected.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, overloading, or conditions outside normal use.

Outdoor Use & Finish

The Plate Table is quite suitable for outdoor use; however, exposure to the elements will naturally affect the finish over time.

Factors such as:

• Sun exposure
• Moisture and humidity
• Temperature fluctuations
• Coastal or harsh environments

may lead to gradual changes in appearance.

This natural evolution is expected and not considered a defect.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars
• Payment is collected at checkout
• Payments are securely processed through Shopify

Shipping

• Orders ship via UPS Ground within the United States
• Delivery timing may vary based on location and availability
• We currently ship within the U.S. only
• Contact us for expedited or bulk shipping requests. 

Delivery

Once your order is in transit, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While we monitor deliveries, carrier delays are outside our control.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Shipments

We stand behind every piece we ship.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the packaging and product.

We will make it right—either by replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Plate Table is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, and content are the property of The Plate Table (R) and ANN TANKERSLEY DESIGN and may not be used or reproduced without permission. Product is patented under U.S. Patent No. 11,969,083 B2.
